  • 1 shot espresso or strong brewed coffee
  • 1-2 tablespoons vanilla syrup

  • Whipped cream (dairy or non-dairy, optional)

Method

  1. Brew a strong espresso shot using an espresso machine or Moka pot
  2. Warm 175ml milk in a saucepan over medium heat (do not boil)
  3. Heat milk to 140-150°F (60-65°C) using a French press for frothing
  4. Add 1-2 tablespoons vanilla syrup to espresso
  5. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon into the coffee
  6. Pour steamed milk into the coffee
  7. Top with whipped cream and an optional cinnamon pinch

Notes

Use whole milk for the creamiest texture
Adjust vanilla syrup to taste; sugar-free alternatives work
Frothing with a French press creates velvety foam
Non-dairy milk/whipped cream suitable for vegan versions
Freshly ground cinnamon yields the best aroma
