Method
- Brew a strong espresso shot using an espresso machine or Moka pot
- Warm 175ml milk in a saucepan over medium heat (do not boil)
- Heat milk to 140-150°F (60-65°C) using a French press for frothing
- Add 1-2 tablespoons vanilla syrup to espresso
- Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon into the coffee
- Pour steamed milk into the coffee
- Top with whipped cream and an optional cinnamon pinch
