Ingredients
  

  • Cold Brew Coffee 2 cups
  • Heavy Cream 1/2 cup
  • Milk 2 tablespoons
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk 2 tablespoons
  • Ube Extract 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla Extract 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt pinch
  • Ice 1 cup

Method
 

  1. Chill 2 cups of cold brew coffee in a glass container
  2. Add 1/2 cup heavy cream, 2 tbsp milk, 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk, 1 tsp ube extract, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to a mixing bowl
  3. Whip slightly, just until blended (no stiff peaks needed)
  4. Pour cold brew coffee into serving glasses, filling halfway
  5. Top each with ube cream mixture
  6. Garnish with cracked ube powder or additional vanilla cream if desired
  7. Serve over ice

Notes

Use whole milk for richest results
Storage: Consume immediately for best texture
Substitute half-and-half for less richness
Adjust sweetened condensed milk amount to control sweetness
