Method
- Chill 2 cups of cold brew coffee in a glass container
- Add 1/2 cup heavy cream, 2 tbsp milk, 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk, 1 tsp ube extract, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to a mixing bowl
- Whip slightly, just until blended (no stiff peaks needed)
- Pour cold brew coffee into serving glasses, filling halfway
- Top each with ube cream mixture
- Garnish with cracked ube powder or additional vanilla cream if desired
- Serve over ice

Use whole milk for richest results
