Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
  • 5-6 fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 3-4 crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1 teaspoon strawberry syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Pour 1 cup of milk into a blender.
  2. Add softened cream cheese and blend until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt.
  4. Toss in strawberries and crushed Oreos.
  5. Pour in optional strawberry syrup for extra sweetness.
  6. Add 1 cup of ice cubes and blend until smooth and creamy.
  7. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  8. Serve immediately in a large glass with a spoon for Oreo bits on top.

Notes

For a smoother texture, let the ice cream soften slightly before blending.
Feel free to adjust the amount of Oreo and strawberries depending on your taste.
Non-dairy milk such as oat or almond adds a creamier texture.
You can use a strawberry banana variation for a twist.
