Method
- Purée strawberries with sugar and water in a blender until smooth
- Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve
- Add ice cubes to a pitcher or tall glass
- Pour in cold brew coffee to fill halfway with space for foam
- Top with 2 tablespoons of the strained strawberry syrup
- Whip cold heavy cream, milk, and vanilla in a chilled mixing bowl until soft peaks form
- Gently spoon the foam onto the layered drink
- Serve immediately with a strawberry garnish

Use large ice cubes for clearer ice appearance
Frozen strawberries work but produce less vibrant color
Adjust syrup sweetness by increasing/decreasing sugar
Substitute halal non-dairy cream for heavy cream if preferred
