Ingredients
  

  • Pumpkin Cold Foam:
  • 1 cup oat milk or dairy-free heavy whip
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice (or cinnamon)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew:
  • 1 cups cold brew coffee
  • 1 cup ice

Method
 

  1. 1. For the pumpkin cold foam:
  2. - Whisk together oat milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a blender.
  3. - Blend until smooth and frothy (2-3 minutes on high speed).
  4. 2. Prepare the drink:
  5. - Fill a glass with ice and add cold brew coffee.
  6. - Top with non-dairy whipped cream (store-bought or homemade) and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.

Notes

Substitute oat milk with coconut milk for a richer taste.
Make a double batch of the pumpkin cold foam and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
Adjust sweetness by increasing/decreasing maple syrup.
Use cold brew concentrate from a pouch (dilute with water or milk) for convenience.
