Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold brew coffee
  • 1/2 cup cold heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method

  1. In a small bowl, combine the cold heavy cream, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  2. Use a handheld milk frother on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds until the mixture reaches a stable, thick, and airy consistency.
  3. Fill two tall glasses with 1/2 cup of ice cubes in each.
  4. Pour 1 cup of cold brew coffee into each glass over the ice.
  5. Spoon the whipped peanut butter cream evenly over the top of the coffee in each glass.
  6. Serve immediately, stirring gently if desired for a more integrated taste.

Notes

Ensure the heavy cream is kept refrigerated until the very last second before whipping to achieve the best froth volume.
Use a high-quality dark roast coffee for the best flavor profile.
If preferred, you can substitute the maple syrup with agave nectar.
