  • 10 Oreo cookies (divided)
  • 1/2 cup milk (any non-dairy option if preferred)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup (or cocoa powder mixed with sugar)
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee (optional for caffeine kick)

Method
 

  1. Crush 8 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a ziplock bag or food processor
  2. In a blender, combine milk, chocolate syrup, vanilla ice cream, instant coffee (if using), and 2 crushed Oreo pieces
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more chocolate syrup or milk
  5. Pour into a glass, top with remaining 2 crushed Oreos, and serve with a straw

Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat milk or heavy cream
Add extra Oreo pieces in the glass for a crunch boost
