Method
- Crush 8 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a ziplock bag or food processor
- In a blender, combine milk, chocolate syrup, vanilla ice cream, instant coffee (if using), and 2 crushed Oreo pieces
- Blend until smooth and creamy
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more chocolate syrup or milk
- Pour into a glass, top with remaining 2 crushed Oreos, and serve with a straw
