Method
- Cut peaches into halves and remove pits
- In a small saucepan, combine peaches, sugar, and water
- Simmer on medium for 10-15 minutes until syrupy
- Blend mixture until smooth, then chill thoroughly
- In a serving glass, add 3-4 ice cubes
- Add 6 oz cold brew concentrate
- Layer 2 tbsp peach syrup on top
- Spoon 2 tbsp heavy cream over the top
- Top with 6 oz cold milk and optional sparkling water

Make peach syrup up to 3 days in advance
Use iced coffee if cold brew isn't available
Add a peach slice or peach liqueur (halal/non-alcoholic) for garnish
