My Go-To Peach Cold Brew Recipe for Sunny Days

A refreshing summery cold brew with homemade peach syrup and a layered effect. Smooth, subtly sweet, and perfect for hot afternoons.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe black peaches
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup cold brew coffee concentrate (1:8 ratio)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup cold milk
  • 4 large ice cubes
  • 6 oz sparkling water (optional)

Method
 

  1. Cut peaches into halves and remove pits
  2. In a small saucepan, combine peaches, sugar, and water
  3. Simmer on medium for 10-15 minutes until syrupy
  4. Blend mixture until smooth, then chill thoroughly
  5. In a serving glass, add 3-4 ice cubes
  6. Add 6 oz cold brew concentrate
  7. Layer 2 tbsp peach syrup on top
  8. Spoon 2 tbsp heavy cream over the top
  9. Top with 6 oz cold milk and optional sparkling water

Notes

Make peach syrup up to 3 days in advance
Use iced coffee if cold brew isn't available
Add a peach slice or peach liqueur (halal/non-alcoholic) for garnish
