- Brew strong chai tea and chill in the fridge
- Brew 2 shots of espresso and let cool slightly
- In a glass, add ice cubes and pour in cold chai tea
- Stir in espresso, almond milk, and sweetener of choice
- Whisk in spices until dissolved
- Top with ice cream if using, then more ice
