My Go-To Iced Dirty Chai Latte Recipe (It's SO Good!)

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cold brewed chai tea
  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar or maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Brew strong chai tea and chill in the fridge
  2. Brew 2 shots of espresso and let cool slightly
  3. In a glass, add ice cubes and pour in cold chai tea
  4. Stir in espresso, almond milk, and sweetener of choice
  5. Whisk in spices until dissolved
  6. Top with ice cream if using, then more ice

Notes

Adjust spice levels to taste
Use oat/soy milk as alternative
Add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract for extra depth
Make tea 24 hours ahead for best flavor
