Ingredients
  

  • Heavy Whipping Cream (cold)
  • 50 ml
  • (At least 36% milkfat)
  • Whole Milk
  • 50 ml
  • Vanilla Extract
  • ½ teaspoon
  • Matcha Powder (ceremonial grade)
  • 2 teaspoons
  • Sifted
  • Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon
  • (Adjust to taste)

Method
 

  1. Combine heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, sifted matcha powder, and sugar in a tall mason jar
  2. Insert electric frother into mixture, keeping whisk head submerged
  3. Froth on low speed, gradually increasing as mixture aerates
  4. Continue until thick and stiff peaks form
  5. Chill in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before serving
  6. Top beverages or serve as-is

Notes

Use a tall container to prevent overflow during frothing
Sift matcha powder thoroughly to avoid lumps
Adjust sweetness by increasing/decreasing sugar
Best served immediately after chilling
