Ingredients
  

  • Whipped cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons (3)
  • Strawberry syrup
  • 2 tablespoons
  • Whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons
  • Heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon
  • Espresso (doppio or double shot)
  • Ice cubes (12-14)
  • Crushed graham cracker (optional topping)

Method
 

  1. Blend whipped cream cheese, strawberry syrup, 2 tablespoons milk, and 1 tablespoon heavy cream until smooth and whipped
  2. Pack 12-14 ice cubes into a tall glass
  3. Pour 1 doppio shot of espresso over the ice
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of remaining milk
  5. Layer the cold cream cheese foam on top
  6. Sprinkle crushed graham cracker over foam (if using)
  7. Serve immediately
