Ingredients
  

  • Espresso or Instant Coffee, 1 portion (or 2 tsp instant)
  • Hot Water (for instant coffee), 60 ml
  • Rose Syrup, 30 ml (0.53 oz)
  • Milk, 120 ml
  • Ice Cubes, 8.82 oz (approx. 250g)
  • Chocolate Sauce (Optional), 0.71 oz

Method
 

  1. Brew a portion of espresso or dissolve 2 tsp instant coffee in 60 ml boiling water.
  2. Add 30 ml of rose syrup to the cooled espresso.
  3. Top with 120 ml of milk of your choice.
  4. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the coffee mixture over it.
  5. Optionally, drizzle with chocolate sauce for an extra layer of flavor.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
