Iced Dubai Chocolate Mocha: A Sweet Escape

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz espresso (freshly brewed or strong coffee)
  • ½ cup milk (2%, whole, or plant-based)
  • 3 tablespoons mocha sauce or chocolate syrup
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons pistachio sauce
  • Ice cubes
  • Toasted kataifi (optional, for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Brew 2 oz espresso or strong coffee and let cool
  2. Add 3 tbsp mocha sauce to a mason jar or glass, then top with ice
  3. Pour cooled espresso over ice
  4. Slowly add ½ cup milk
  5. Top with pistachio cold foam (see step below)
  6. Optional: sprinkle kataifi and a chocolate drizzle
  7. Whip heavy cream and pistachio sauce until frothy for topping

Notes

Adjust mocha sauce for sweetness preference
Use 2% milk for ideal creaminess
Kataifi adds unique texture but is optional
Pistachio sauce can be store-bought or homemade (blend pistachios with a bit of water)
