Method
- Brew 2 oz espresso or strong coffee and let cool
- Add 3 tbsp mocha sauce to a mason jar or glass, then top with ice
- Pour cooled espresso over ice
- Slowly add ½ cup milk
- Top with pistachio cold foam (see step below)
- Optional: sprinkle kataifi and a chocolate drizzle
- Whip heavy cream and pistachio sauce until frothy for topping
Notes
Adjust mocha sauce for sweetness preference
Use 2% milk for ideal creaminess
Kataifi adds unique texture but is optional
Pistachio sauce can be store-bought or homemade (blend pistachios with a bit of water)
