- Simmer raspberries with a splash of water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat for 15 minutes.
- Strain the raspberry mixture to create a smooth syrup and let it cool completely.
- Whisk matcha powder and hot water in a small bowl until a light froth forms.
- Combine the whisked matcha with milk in a glass.
- Layer the strawberry puree at the bottom of a serving glass, add ice, then pour the matcha-milk mixture over the top.
- Drizzle the raspberry syrup and top with whipped cold cream.

Ensure all berry components are completely cooled before assembly to maintain distinct layers. Using high-quality ceremonial-grade matcha will result in a less bitter and more vibrant drink.
