- 1. In a blender or shaker, muddle 4 mint leaves and the sliced lime to release flavors.
- 2. Dissolve brown sugar in hot water, let cool.
- 3. Add crushed ice to a glass, then layer in espresso and cold brew coffee.
- 4. Pour sugar syrup over ice-cooled coffee mixture.
- 5. Top with milk and remaining mint leaves.
- 6. Garnish with extra mint sprigs before serving chilled.
