Ingredients

  • 2 Nespresso capsules (dark roast)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp Cook's Vanilla Powder
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 Stevia packets
  • Sugar-free brown sugar cinnamon syrup to taste
  • 2 tbsp Fat-Free Reddi Whip (optional garnish)
  • Ice cubes

Method

  1. Brew the two Nespresso capsules into a double espresso shot.
  2. Transfer the espresso into a small heat-safe container and refrigerate for 5 minutes to cool.
  3. Combine almond milk, vanilla powder, cinnamon, stevia, and syrup in a milk frother.
  4. Froth the milk mixture on the cold setting until well combined.
  5. Fill a tall glass with fresh ice cubes.
  6. Carefully pour the cooled espresso over the ice.
  7. Top with the frothed milk mixture and garnish with Fat-Free Reddi Whip if desired.

Notes

Substitute almond milk with oat milk for a thicker, creamier mouthfeel. If you prefer a stronger espresso flavor, use concentrated cold brew instead of chilled Nespresso shots. Ensure you use the cold setting on your frother to keep the drink chilled and refreshing.
