- In a heatproof container, combine brown rice, slivered almonds, and cinnamon stick with 3 cups hot water. Let soak for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a blender.
- Blend until smooth (optional for extra texture).
- Divide the rice-almond mixture among four to six glasses.
- Add 1/2 cup cold milk and 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk per serving.
- Top with 1/2 oz cold brew coffee concentrate.
- Stir well before serving over ice.
Notes
Substitute blanched almonds for a milder flavor.
Use oat, almond, or soy milk for a vegan version.
