Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 1 cup boiling hot water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1–2 scoops collagen peptides (optional)
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Dissolve instant coffee in boiling water
  2. Stir in honey until fully combined
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon over a glass
  4. Add milk and ice cubes
  5. Top with coffee mixture
  6. Optional: add collagen peptides during mixing

Notes

Use coffee ice cubes to prevent dilution
Swap dairy milk with almond or coconut milk
Add honey directly to glass for caramelized flavor
Collagen peptides can be omitted for standard version
