Method
- In a small bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, molasses, maple syrup, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg until well combined.
- Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour 1 cup of cold brew coffee concentrate into each glass.
- Spoon the gingerbread cream mixture evenly over the top of the coffee in each glass.
Notes
For a less intense coffee flavor, dilute the cold brew concentrate with water to your preference.
If you don't have maple syrup, simple syrup or agave nectar can be used as a substitute.
