Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cold brew coffee concentrate
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, molasses, maple syrup, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg until well combined.
  2. Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
  3. Pour 1 cup of cold brew coffee concentrate into each glass.
  4. Spoon the gingerbread cream mixture evenly over the top of the coffee in each glass.

Notes

For a less intense coffee flavor, dilute the cold brew concentrate with water to your preference.
If you don't have maple syrup, simple syrup or agave nectar can be used as a substitute.
Ensure the molasses used is unsulphured for the best gingerbread flavor.
