- Select the cold foam setting or blend until the mixture increases significantly in volume.
- Fill a large glass halfway with fresh ice cubes.
- Pour the cold brew coffee over the ice until the glass is three-quarters full.
- Slowly top the coffee with the prepared pumpkin cream foam, allowing it to settle naturally on top.
Notes
Use cold milk directly from the refrigerator for the best foaming results. For an even thicker, more stable foam, choose a barista-grade almond milk. Adjust the pumpkin pie spice to suit your personal flavor preferences.
