  • Cold Water (4 cups)
  • Plant-Based Coconut Drink (1 cup, unsweetened)
  • Brown Sugar (2 tablespoons)
  • Ice Cubes (as needed)

Method
 

  1. Steep coffee grounds in cold water for 12-24 hours
  2. Strain liquid into a clean jar
  3. Add brown sugar, stirring until fully dissolved
  4. Chill in refrigerator
  5. Serve in 16-ounce glasses over ice, topping with 4 ounces coconut milk
