Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, soy, or cow milk)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 medium banana or 6 oz vanilla yogurt
  • 1-2 teaspoons sweetener (stevia or maple syrup) to taste
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut or almond butter

Method

  1. Chill your serving glass in the refrigerator or freezer.
  2. Pour the cold milk into the blender canister first to prevent sticking.
  3. Add the scoop of chocolate protein powder into the liquid.
  4. Add the peeled banana or the vanilla yogurt to the blender.
  5. Add the peanut or almond butter to the mixture.
  6. Secure the lid tightly and blend on high speed for 45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  7. Pour into the chilled glass and serve immediately.

Notes

Use a frozen banana for an even thicker, milkshake-like consistency. If using yogurt instead of banana, you may need a few ice cubes for a colder drink.
