- Gather all ingredients, ensuring the heavy cream is cold directly from the refrigerator.
- Measure the heavy cream, apple butter, vanilla extract, and apple pie spice into a small measuring cup or jar.
- Submerge a handheld milk frother to the bottom of the container.
- Froth the mixture steadily for approximately one minute until it becomes thick, creamy, and expanded in volume.
- Pour the cold foam over a fresh glass of iced cold brew coffee.
- Garnish with an extra dusting of apple pie spice and serve immediately.
Notes
Always use very cold ingredients, as room temperature cream will not hold a stable foam structure. For best results, hold the frother at a slight angle while blending to incorporate more air. If you prefer a thinner consistency, reduce the frothing time by 15-20 seconds.
